Youth Empowerment & Readiness Initiative (YERI)

Preparing youth today for the opportunities of tomorrow.

Our flagship program equips students in at-risk communities with the academic, social, and professional skills needed to succeed. Through tutoring, leadership training, financial literacy, and career exploration, participants learn to set goals, solve problems, and develop confidence in their potential.

• Who We Serve: Youth ages 10–18 across South Florida and New York

• Impact Goal: Prepare 1,000 youth annually for post-secondary education or workforce readiness

Mentorship Circles

Guiding the next generation through mentorship and connection.

Led by Kevin J. Bradford, Director of Security & Mentorship Programs, ADNF’s Mentorship Circles connect youth with compassionate, committed mentors who help them build leadership skills, discipline, and self-awareness. Mentorship focuses on personal development, decision-making, and resilience.

• Who We Serve: Middle and high school students in partner schools and community centers

Hope for the Holidays

Extending compassion through giving.

Each holiday season, ADNF hosts our signature Thanksgiving Basket Drive and Christmas “Adopt-a-Family” Program, ensuring that families facing hardship experience warmth, joy, and hope. Donors, volunteers, and sponsors come together to make the season brighter for children and families across South Florida and New York.

Youth Wellness & Resilience Program (YWRP)

Building strong minds and healthy hearts.

This program focuses on emotional and mental wellness for youth and families. Through workshops, mindfulness sessions, and confidence-building exercises, we help participants develop coping skills and emotional intelligence that last a lifetime.

• Partners: Licensed counselors, educators, and community wellness advocates

• Impact Goal: Equip 500 youth each year with the tools to manage stress and strengthen self-worth

​Family Readiness & Support Network

Empowering families to strengthen communities.

This initiative provides parents and guardians with the knowledge and resources needed to support their children’s growth. Workshops cover communication, budgeting, emotional wellness, and community resource navigation, helping families thrive together.

• Impact Goal: Engage 250 families annually in readiness and support programs

Hope for the Homeless

Restoring dignity, stability, and opportunity.

Our Hope for the Homeless Program provides immediate assistance and long-term support to individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability. From essential supply kits and meals to resource referrals and youth scholarships, this program offers both compassion and connection — helping people rebuild with confidence and care.

• Impact Goal: Serve 300 individuals and families annually with emergency assistance and resources
