LoLisa Miller-Bradford, MBA
LoLisa Miller-Bradford is the Founder and President of the Arthur Miller Jr. A Daughter Never Forgets Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to empowering at-risk youth and families through readiness, wellness, and community programs. A FEMA-badged disaster recovery professional and experienced finance leader, she brings more than three decades of expertise in accounting, quality assurance, and program management to every initiative. She holds a B.S. in Accounting and an MBA (Human Resource Management/Accounting)

Inspired by her late father’s legacy, LoLisa leads with compassion, integrity, and accountability — ensuring every program creates real opportunity and lasting impact. Through her leadership, the Foundation continues to fulfill its mission of empowering communities, restoring hope, and building futures. Her north star is simple: empower kids with confidence, skills, and hope, and communities grow stronger for generations.

Vice President / Vice Chair / Treasurer
Vallorie Miller
A 32-year Cigna veteran, Vallorie brings rigorous operations, compliance, and financial stewardship to ADNF. As Arthur Miller Jr.’s daughter, she honors her father’s legacy by ensuring every dollar translates into a measurable impact for at-risk youth—championing financial literacy workshops, college and career readiness, and mentorship that builds confidence and resilience.
Beyond her corporate career, Vallorie’s passion for service runs deep. As Team Captain for Cigna’s March of Dimes efforts, she organized impactful events supporting maternal and infant health, uniting colleagues and community to make a tangible difference for families. Her work with T’Essensce (Terry Stonom Dance Academy) reflects hands-on dedication, supporting bookkeeping, chaperoning, costume design, and community outreach to foster creativity and inclusion.

In her role as Vice President & Treasurer of the Arthur Miller Jr. “A Daughter Never Forgets” Foundation, Vallorie blends governance with heart: strengthening transparency, donor trust, and program delivery while advancing the mission to be present through life’s storms—connecting individuals and families to resources, counseling, education, and mentorship. With a rare mix of operational excellence and compassionate leadership, Vallorie helps ADNF empower communities, restore hope, and build futures.

Director of New York Chapter
Annie Faulkner
Annie Faulkner has over 20 years of experience working with at-risk youth and children with special needs in the New York City public school system. A compassionate leader and advocate, she also has experience caring for elderly individuals with dementia. Annie holds an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice and is deeply passionate about creating opportunities that help children and families thrive.

Director of Operations
Tamara Caudle-Starkey
Tamara Starkey is a results-driven leader with a passion for service, growth, and impact. Tamara Starkey brings extensive experience in leadership, training, and organizational management across corporate, entrepreneurial, and customer-focused settings.

Before joining the nonprofit sector, Tamara built a strong career in operations and claims management—earning multiple certifications, leading teams, and overseeing large-scale projects with precision and care. An entrepreneur at heart, she also founded and operated her own culinary business, reflecting her creativity, discipline, and commitment to community connection.

Tamara’s leadership is defined by integrity, adaptability, and collaboration. She believes in creating opportunities for young people to thrive and ensuring that every initiative she leads strengthens the organization’s mission and long-term vision.

Director of Development
Shauntay Williams
Shauntay Williams serves as the Director of Development for the Arthur Miller Jr. “A Daughter Never Forgets” Foundation, where she leads strategic fundraising initiatives, donor relations, and community partnership development. With a strong background in nonprofit management and community outreach, Shaunta brings a deep passion for service and a proven ability to connect resources with purpose.

Her work focuses on building sustainable funding streams that allow the foundation to expand its youth empowerment, education, and family wellness programs across multiple communities. Shaunta is instrumental in coordinating Giving Tuesday campaigns, sponsorship outreach, and grant opportunities that strengthen ADNF’s capacity to serve families year-round.

Known for her professionalism, creativity, and heartfelt commitment to making an impact, Shaunta embodies the foundation’s mission, to be present through the storms of life-changing circumstances. Her dedication ensures that every partnership and donation contributes to lasting change and meaningful support for the families and youth the foundation serves.

Executive Assistant
Alisha Fletcher
Alisha Fletcher is a detail-oriented and compassionate professional dedicated to creating meaningful connections and fostering positive change within her community. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration from Strayer University (Class of March 2025) and a bachelor’s degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders from Alabama A&M University.
With over 16 years of experience in exceptional customer service and relationship management, Alisha excels in problem-solving, communication, and building trust between organizations and the people they serve. She is proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe, AutoCAD, Yardi, and other key software tools that support efficient operations and project success.
Guided by integrity, empathy, and excellence, Alisha is passionate about using her skills to uplift others, strengthen organizational impact, and promote a culture of collaboration and service.

Director of Security & Mentorship Programs
Kevin Bradford
Kevin Bradford brings over two decades of distinguished service as a New York City Department of Corrections Officer, where he upheld safety, leadership, and rehabilitation within one of the nation’s most challenging environments. His career in corrections shaped his lifelong commitment to structure, discipline, and mentorship — principles he now channels into his role with the Arthur Miller Jr. “A Daughter Never Forgets” Foundation.

​His background includes over a decade of senior roles with Allied Barton Security, G4S Security Solutions, and Centene-affiliated events, where he managed operations, training, and emergency response. He has also served as a Property and FEMA Claims Adjuster, combining investigative precision with compassion for families in crisis.
​
At ADNF, Kevin oversees all aspects of safety and mentorship development, from event security planning to leadership coaching for youth participants. His approach blends structure, trust, and empowerment, helping young people recognize their worth and potential.
